Bought this version many years ago, was told this version could no longer be supported and would need to download version 9. Version 9 cost me £20 what I didn't know was that I would have to pay that annually. I have been paying this for a few years. I have about 10 years of data tried to pay again in Compustam club, I have not been able too, it will stop allowing me to open my program. Can any one help?
David Jones,
I have the simple solution for you. On start just click the message account expired away. Then you notice you can’t use the menu/program anymore. Just minimize the program on your screen so that it disappears and the icon is showing now on the bottom of the screen. Then click on the icon and it will show up again on the screen. Now you can use the program again.
Did you contact them directly ?
I understood there are alterations that require the annual fee.
